I. MedSwift Couriers provides medical courier and logistics services, including the pickup,
transport, and delivery of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, laboratory specimens, and
medical equipment.

eligible entities as permitted by applicable law.
2. Eligibility
I. Users must be legally permitted to use our Services, which are designed for businesses,
healthcare institutions, and other organizations involved in healthcare delivery and
logistics.
II. Individuals using the Services on behalf of an organization represent and warrant that
they are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
I. Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not
knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13, nor do we
knowingly allow such individuals to use our Services.
II. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13,
we will delete such information in compliance with COPPA.
4. Compliance with HIPAA
I. MedSwift acknowledges its responsibility to protect the privacy and confidentiality of
Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability
and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
II. We implement appropriate physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect
PHI during transport and handling. All employees handling PHI undergo regular HIPAA
training.
III. By using our Services, you agree to comply with all applicable HIPAA regulations when
providing us with any PHI.

II. Fees for Services will be communicated at the time of service engagement, and payment
terms will be defined in the agreement. Full payment must be made according to the
terms of the service agreement. Failure to comply may result in service suspension or
termination.
III. MedSwift reserves the right to modify service pricing at any time, with reasonable notice
to clients. Continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the
new pricing.

I. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services to any User at our sole discretion,
including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
II. Users may terminate the use of our Services upon written notice, subject to the terms of
any service agreement in place.
15. Intellectual Property
I. All materials, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our Services are the
property of MedSwift and may not be used without our express written consent.
16. Amendments
I. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be
notified of any significant changes via email or other communication channels.
II. Continued use of our Services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
I. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant laws
of the United States of America.
II. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be
resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration
Association, or a similar dispute resolution service unless prohibited by law.
18. Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Policy
Cancellation
I. Users may cancel their service requests within a specified time frame as outlined in their
service agreement. Cancellations made within this period may be eligible for a refund or
credit, subject to the conditions in this policy.
II. Cancellations after the service has been dispatched are not eligible for a refund. Fees
may still apply if cancellation occurs after services are underway.

Refunds
I. Refunds are available in cases where MedSwift fails to deliver the service due to
reasons directly attributable to us, such as significant service delays or improper
handling that results in damage or loss.
II. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis after an investigation by
MedSwift. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to
the original method of payment.
III. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of the service for
consideration.
Dispute Policy
I. In the event of a dispute regarding billing, service quality, or other issues, Users agree to
contact our customer support team first to seek an amicable resolution.
II. If an issue cannot be resolved through customer support, Users may submit a formal
dispute to [email protected] and MedSwift will review and respond within 14
days.
III. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
section (see Section 17).
